Veterans and active duty servicemen and women are under a lot of stress. It’s not uncommon for them to need help adjusting to life outside of combat and/or working through feelings associated with the responsibilities of serving their country, including night terrors, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, suicidal thoughts and ideations, and substance use disorders.
